Northern Location: The Ultimate Fitness Facility

NEW NORTH OF THE RIVER LOCATION

Exciting news! Coach Glossop will now be operating from two amazing locations in Perth; one north of the river and one south of the river. Today I can let you in on the news that I will be facilitating my strength and conditioning program north of the river from the amazing location, The Ultimate Fitness Facility (TUFF). News on a south of the river location won't be too far away, working hard to secure a spot as soon as possible!
 

If you hadn't caught up on the news yet, after Covid-19 restrictions the facility I was operating from the past two years closed its doors, so I had to get my equipment out and start a new. Although that obviously came with some immediate challenges and meant some time away from my clients whilst establishing new locations to operate from; the exciting news is that moving forward I will now be helping serve my clients even more by operating from two locations throughout the week, saving you time on the road!

Coach Glossop will be offering both individual (1-1) coaching and small group coaching (1-8). By offering both of these services you will be able to find the best solution that works for you!

Small group training schedule commences next week, Monday the 17th of August:

Mondays @ TUFF, 6:30-8:00pm

Wednesdays @ TUFF, 6:30-8:00pm

Fridays @ TUFF, 5:30-7:00pm

Individual coaching schedule commences next week, Monday the 17th of August:

Mondays @ TUFF, by appointment

Wednesdays @ TUFF, by appointment

Pricing:

Small group coaching, $30 per session

Individual coaching, $100 per session
