If you are looking to continue or begin your Strength & Conditioning work, Coach Glossop is ready to get you started. 2019 was a huge success for the team and 2020 is going to be even greater! The membership caters for every athletes needs, goals, availability and budget!

Program Deliverables

The entire program is focused on Strength & Conditioning to prepare your body and excel your performance. Each athlete has their own personalised training program and gets it done under the supervision of Coach Glossop within a group setting. The program guarantees to improve your strength, power, jump, speed, fitness, agility, flexibility, mobility and much more!

Payments Available

$100 for 5 sessions per week

$80 for 4 sessions per week

$70 for 3 sessions per week

$60 for 2 sessions per week

$30 for 1 session per week

Terms & Conditions

Payments must be made in advance prior to commencing training and you are required to pay for the week upfront. Coach Glossop will send through online payment orders via email each Sunday. It is your obligation to ensure you attend your sessions throughout the week. No sessions will be carried over to the following week, and you will forfeit any sessions missed each week. You can come in and complete your training during any times/days listed above. All athletes must be the age of 12 or older.
